Just a reminder of the notice in the entrance hall asking politely if residents and visitors could please wipe their footwear when entering.
There has been mud brought in lately and it has ended up on the stair carpet.
Surely we all want Chapel Court to be clean and tidy throughout the week. Accidents do happen and if your aware of something that has occured, then it only takes minutes to sort it, therefore not left to someone else.
Remember that Kevin only comes in once a week to maintain Chapel Court.

It has been brought to our attention that some of our neighbours have been parking in the visitors car parking area, apparently an audi and a 4×4. If you see anyone in these cars on our car parking area would you please make them aware that it is a PRIVATE area for residents ONLY!
