As you are no doubt aware there was a mains power cut last week which was totally beyond our control. I am aware that some people were trying to get out of the car park during the cut and, unfortunately, the only way to manually open the gate is to unhook the chain mechanism. I’m sure you will all agree that that is unrealistic for the sake of a few hours. If the power cut went on for longer then maybe we would take a different view.
In the circumstances, whilst it was inconvenient, we’ve survived!

As you are probably aware Steve has now vacated Apartment 16 and it is on the market again for lease. The monthly rental is currently at £575. If you know of anyone interested in this property please contact me.

The part we ordered for the intercom has now arrived in stock and the electricians are trying to get a day when most people will be in as each interface will need to be re-programmed.
They are now looking at the second week in January and i will contact you closer to the time to arrange a mutually convenient time.
