I would like more information about solar panels as i do not believe the benefits that are projected. I also wonder about 25 year agreements. What is the current status?

We are investigating the possibility of installing solar panels on the roof at Chapel Court. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions i would love to hear from you.

Apartment 19

I have been informed that there is soon to be another apartment available; No.19 from the end of January. Rent will be around £525 pcm and if you know of anyone interested please let me know.
In the meantime i would like to wish Richard and his partner all the best in their new home.
