Solar panels
January 16th, 2012 by dean.d4@sky.com -Hi Carlo
I am in agreement with solar panels if viable and look forward to further info regarding costs and return on investment.
Chapel Court is situated in Idle Conservation area in Bradford, West Yorkshire. There are 20 one, two and three bedroom apartments located in this prestigious, purpose built complex which has been built in advance of modern day standards.
These are no ordinary, run-of-the-mill apartments. They have been built to robust detail standards and under the Code for Sustainable Homes, the building would have gained top marks for sound and thermal insulation.
The builders, Oak Tree Developments of Shipley, West Yorkshire have retained the Management Company to make sure the building is maintained to the highest standards.
If you know of anyone living in a similar type of accommodation that would benefit from our Management Services, please contact us

Which option are you looking at ? 1. Rent out Chapel Court’s roof space to a Solar Panel company and receive a rent 2. Purchase the Solar Panels and recive a return from the Solar Panels.
Intrested to hear the proposal when you have done the research Carl.
Not quite sure yet. I’m talking to a couple of companies at the moment but it’s a large investment! I might invest in the system myself and then supply every apartment there with cheap electricity and get the communal electricity for nothing…which would benefit everyone overall.
There aren’t enough funds in the management company itself to pay for it.
I’ll keep you informed.
