I would like more information about solar panels as i do not believe the benefits that are projected. I also wonder about 25 year agreements. What is the current status?

Apartment 19

I have been informed that there is soon to be another apartment available; No.19 from the end of January. Rent will be around £525 pcm and if you know of anyone interested please let me know.

Power cut

As you are no doubt aware there was a mains power cut last week which was totally beyond our control. I am aware that some people were trying to get out of the car park during the cut and, unfortunately, the only way to manually open the gate is to unhook the chain mechanism. I’m sure you will all agree that that is unrealistic for the sake of a few hours. If the power cut went on for longer then maybe we would take a different view.
In the circumstances, whilst it was inconvenient, we’ve survived!

Intercom

The part we ordered for the intercom has now arrived in stock and the electricians are trying to get a day when most people will be in as each interface will need to be re-programmed.
They are now looking at the second week in January and i will contact you closer to the time to arrange a mutually convenient time.

You may have recently witnessed an intermittent fault with your door entry system.

The installers are calling on Friday morning (14th October) to access the fault. If you are around when they call will you please allow them access to your apartment if required.

Accounts

As you can now see the management accounts have been posted for the previous year. All appears in order and in line with previous years fees so the good news is there will be no change in your payments.
As such the directors have accepted the accounts and signed them off accordingly.

New residents

As you all probably know, Ryan & Lauren from Apartment 9 have now moved on to pastures new.
They have sold their apartment to Peter & Anne Kirkby who will be moving in shortly.
If you see them around please say “Hi” and make them feel very welcome in their new home.
