They have sold their apartment to Peter & Anne Kirkby who will be moving in shortly.

As you probably know by now (as i’m a bit late with this one!) that the door entry system seems to be on the blink a bit.
The installation engineers are due to attend towrds the back end of this week to appraise and repair. I’ll keep you updated.

You will probably have noticed that Apartment 9 is up for sale. It is the first property to come to the market since initial sales way back when and it is a testament to the quality of the development as a whole.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish Ryan, Lauren and their baby all the best for the future wherever they may move onto.
