As you all probably know, Ryan & Lauren from Apartment 9 have now moved on to pastures new.
They have sold their apartment to Peter & Anne Kirkby who will be moving in shortly.
If you see them around please say “Hi” and make them feel very welcome in their new home.

The installation engineers are due to attend towrds the back end of this week to appraise and repair. I’ll keep you updated.

March 15th, 2011 by Carl Darren | 2 Comments -You will probably have noticed that Apartment 9 is up for sale. It is the first property to come to the market since initial sales way back when and it is a testament to the quality of the development as a whole.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish Ryan, Lauren and their baby all the best for the future wherever they may move onto.
